Business as usual at PV
Despite the timing of this year's autumn Premiere Vision fabric show, poised as it was half-way between the September 11 disaster in New York and the first retaliatory strike against Afghanistan, most exhibitors managed to adopt a brisk "business as usual" approach to both current trading and prospects for the season ahead. For it is still to Europe, and this Paris show in particular, that the world still looks for innovative textile design and technical advances.
