Gap CEO "feeling better" about 2012

Even though turnaround efforts at Gap Inc appear to be making little progress - with third-quarter profit down by more than a third and same-store sales falling at their fastest level so far this year - the company's boss nevertheless says he's "feeling better" about 2012.
