US: Ann Taylor supply chain chief resigns

AnnTaylor Stores Corporation has announced that two senior executives, Brian E Lynch and Michael J Nicholson, have expanded their roles at the company - and that chief supply chain officer Anthony M Romano has resigned.

Ann Taylor said Romano's replacement will be announced shortly.

Effective immediately, Lynch, currently president of the company's factory division with oversight of corporate store operations, will assume the additional leadership of its e-commerce business and corporate real estate and construction under the new title of president of corporate operations.

Nicholson, who is Ann Taylor's executive VP and CFO, will assume additional leadership responsibility for information technology and global procurement, a statement added.
