The BBC has approached just-style for help in finding UK clothing companies who want to increase profitability and reduce costs with help from a leading business expert.
The results will be filmed as part of a new BBC2 series currently in the pipeline.
Based on the premise that in the current economic climate firms need to reassess the way they structure their businesses, the BBC has enlisted top academic Dr Paul Thomas to help companies survive and grow through this difficult time.
His goal is to introduce new techniques that could help increase productivity by up to 300%, improve staff productivity, and slash absenteeism.
Paul's approach involves engaging all workers in the day-to-day running of the business, which apparently helps to develop a fully committed, cost-effective workforce which is not only more productive but also requires less 'managing' from managers.
Struggling FTSE companies, small businesses and Government departments are all said to have benefited from his techniques in the past.
Companies will obviously not be charged for this consultancy service, and Paul promises to work around the company and its existing commitments.
If you're interested in receiving Paul's help and would like to be part of a BBC series, contact Gemma Collins on 02920 322572 or Nick Andrews on 02920 323755.
