US: Nike N7 Collection to aid Native Americans

9 November 2009 | Source: just-style.com

US sportswear giant Nike has debuted a new N7 Collection of performance footwear, the sales of which will help support youth sport in Native American communities.

The shoes, which are being sold through 33 Nike Factory Stores in the US and online, will see a portion of the profits going to the N7 Fund, which supports youth sport in Native American communities.

The N7 Collection was created through Nike's 'Considered Design' ethos where products are engineered for higher performance and lower environmental impact.

The N7 Air Pegasus+ 26, the N7 Huarache, and the N7 SMS RT for pre-school and toddler sizes feature Native American inspired design details and graphics, and use Environmentally Preferred Materials (EPMs) with a high recycled content wherever possible.
