ATTUNE - Global SAP consulting practice for the Apparel & Footwear Industry

Today sees the dawn of a new strategic venture - the launch of Attune - the first Global SAP Consulting firm to focus entirely on the Apparel and Footwear industry. Attune brings together key collaborators who have been working with SAP from the inception of it's Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS) in the late 90's. The company will endeavour to offer innovative SAP solutions to all sectors of the Global Apparel and Footwear Industry and its Supply chain. To cater to it's global clientele, Attune will have offices in the US, UK, Germany, India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

 

Attune's value proposition would be centred on extensive and practical knowledge of the Apparel and Footwear Industry combined with intimate knowledge of SAP's solutions, This would afford customers the opportunity to experience premium consulting on a global scale. Attune's core services will include SAP Functional consulting, SAP Technical consulting, offshore development services and Pre-configured SAP solutions

 

The Partners involved in this new venture are MAS Holdings, Labyrinth Solutions Inc (LSI) and Austweb. They bring in significant SAP AFS expertise, considerable collaborative partnership experience with SAP, and extensive Apparel industry experience in retailing, sourcing and manufacturing

 

MAS Holdings is the premier Apparel manufacturer based in Sri Lanka, with 28 world class manufacturing facilities, in 10 countries. Keeping in line with its mission of becoming a truly global world-class total Apparel Solutions provider, MAS has been implementing SAP AFS as a key strategic initiative in their business units, since 1998. Their wholly owned subsidiary, Rapier Consulting, which was formed in 2002, will be integrated into Attune. Rapier's key customers include the MAS Group – Sri Lanka, Crystal Group - Hong Kong, Pentland Brands - UK, Reebok - USA.

 

Established in 1998 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, LSI is a consulting firm in SAP implementations in the areas of Apparel & Footwear and Public Sector. The company's fully owned subsidiary in Germany, Labyrinth Solutions GmbH, which specialises in AFS, will join this partnership with MAS. The company's key customers are Adidas, Reebok, Triumph and SAP. LSI has been focused on the Apparel and Footwear industry since the AFS solution was in its design stages.

 

Austweb is a company owned by Volker Weber.With over 13 years experience with SAP in Germany and Australia in various roles across many industries, Mr. Volker Weber has spent the last seven years working in apparel, footwear, sports and fashion industry with SAP AFS. Specialising in logistics, demand and supply chain processes, he has an excellent knowledge of end-to-end fashion processes from manufacturing to branding, wholesale and retail. Mr. Weber brings with him a wealth of experience and marketing knowledge in the SAP consulting business, especially in the Asia Pacific region

 

Globally, in addition to large-scale customers, Attune will also support the Small and Medium sector of the global Apparel and Footwear industry with SAP solutions that derive the best possible benefits.
