incorporatewear, a leading supplier of corporate clothing to companies such as Barclays Bank, Tui, Nationwide and the John Lewis Partnership, is implementing SyscomERP to help integrate all areas of its business.

The 100 user system will manage incorporatewear’s accounts, distribution, sales orders, stock, purchase orders, customer relationship management (CRM), production, product development, wardrobe and web ordering system.

Moving from a legacy system to SyscomERP will allow incorporatewear to offer more flexibility to the customers through its web ordering system allowing each employee to raise orders within the rules set by their employers quickly and easily. The look and feel of SyscomERP is very intuitive, giving every one a head start when training new employees.

incorporatewear prizes itself on being a forward thinking, proactive company that aims to deliver quality service and products to its customers. incorporatewear’s product range includes, but is not limited to, men’s and ladies’ suitings, soft tailoring, polo shirts, fleeces, workwear and waterproof clothing.

Nick Alderman, financial director, incorporatewear said: “Following our corporate restructure in 2003, we believe that our organisation is better placed than ever to deliver higher value service in the design, sourcing, delivery and account servicing of corporate wardrobes. Implementing SyscomERP forms part of our desire to continue to strengthen all of these aspects of our business”.

The project begins this month with the installation of Syscom’s (author of SyscomERP) product development module (PDM), accounting modules and the installation of a new network infrastructure including Microsoft Exchange Server. The system will be implemented across the main head office and incorporatewear’s distribution and warehousing sites.

“From all of the systems we reviewed, SyscomERP was the system that offered us a future- proof application which can deliver the flexibility we require for our business”, Alderman said. “SyscomERP is a truly integrated system with a rapid development environment that offers low cost of ownership”.

Robin Vryenhoef, sales manager, Syscom PLC, said: “We have over 30 years’ experience within the textile and apparel industry, which allows us to have a greater understanding of our clients needs. Only with a true understanding of each client’s requirements can a company really deliver a solution that ensures return on investment”.
