Homeshopping in Finland
Report description
Homeshopping value sales plummeted by 12% in current terms in 2012 to €108 million. This was largely due to consumers switching to online shopping. Only food and drink and beauty and personal care homeshopping witnessed positive growth rates, with all other channels suffering a decline. However, it should be pointed out that homeshopping companies have also been developing their internet retailing operations and therefore the decline in homeshopping was often offset by online gains.
