AUSTRALIA: Billabong to buy 38 surfwear stores

Surfwear retailer Billabong International Limited today (1 October) said it has agreed to buy 38 stores, including the Surf Dive 'n' Ski (SDS) and Jetty Surf retail banners, from the General Pants Group.
