INDIA: Bombay Rayon unit to buy Italian Guru brand

The Dutch unit of Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd is to buy the Guru brand and related retail business from Italian company Jam Session Holdings Srl.

In a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange today (24 April) the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary BRFL Europe BV Netherlands will pay EUR33m (US$52m) for the Guru operations.
