US: Bonded Apparel recalls 720 boys' jackets
By Katie Smith | 16 May 2012
Clothing firm Bonded Apparel has recalled some 720 boys' hooded jackets because the drawstrings at the hood pose a strangulation hazard to children.
The SX and QH boys' zip-front hooded jackets were sold in three colours: army green, aqua green and black, at dd's Discounts stores in the US from August 2011 through December 2011 for about US$8.
The jackets, which were manufactured in China, have model numbers: 1006, 1029, 1058 and 1061 and have four designs.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said no injuries have been reported as yet.
