UK: Bureau Veritas hires business development manager

Testing and certification firm Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services has appointed Danielle Aylen to the newly-created role of business development manager for the fashion industry.
A spokesperson for the company told just-style today (21 March): "We are expanding our sales and business development team."
In this role, Aylen is responsible for managing and developing relationships with UK fashion retailers, manufacturers and their global suppliers. She is expected to promote the company's supply chain risk management solutions, which include product testing and factory assessments.
Aylen most recently served as business development executive at the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
Jonathon Thackray, sales and business development director, said: "Danielle has a proven track record and brings a wealthof knowledge of the compliance industry.
"Her appointment will help us continue to provide a high level of service to existing retailers and brands whilst strategically target new global accounts in the textile and fashion industry."
