US: Cherokee's earnings slump amid retail slowdown

Global apparel and footwear licensor Cherokee has reported a net earnings slump to US$4m for the second quarter period, from $4.9m in Q2 last year, with royalties hit by slower sales at its retail partners in the US, Canada and UK.
