US: Children's Place hires VP, general counsel

The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc, which yesterday said it is carrying out a strategic review of its business, has appointed Patricia Gray as senior vice president, general counsel.

Ms Gray, who most recently served as senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary of Panera Bread Company, will report directly to Susan Riley, executive vice president, finance and administration.

The Children's Place operates 899 The Children's Place stores and 328 Disney Stores.
