US: Christopher & Banks names Michielutti finance chief

Women's wear retailer Christopher & Banks has appointed Peter Michielutti as its new CFO and senior vice president, replacing Michael Lyftogt who will resume the post of chief accounting officer.
Michielutti, who will join the company on 23 April, most recently served as senior vice president and CFO at CSM Corp, a commercial real estate company.
His appointment comes two months after Larry Barenbaum resigned as CEO. President Joel Waller, who joined the company in December for a one-year term, is standing in as interim CEO.
"Pete and I have worked together in the past and he is an experienced chief financial officer, with a strong retail background as well as extensive operations experience," Waller said.
