The Vietnam Cotton Company (VNCC) on Monday revealed plans to invest $28 million in eight new cotton processing plants and a further $4.5m in three new cotton seed oil processing plants. The company said the new factories will be built in Dac Lac and Gia Lai in the Tay Nguyen region, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan in the country's southern central region and in the Cuu Long (Mekong) Delta region.
