UK: Distributor Overland Seeks New Owner - Report

The worldwide distributor of Caterpillar clothing and Paul Smith shoes, Overland Group, has called in the administrators amid growing losses and is looking for a new owner, it was reported on Sunday. According to the Sunday Telegraph, the firm that supplies Caterpillar footwear in Europe and its clothing throughout the world, is thought to have suffered from a sharp rise in costs, but the paper added that it believes negotiations to sell the business are at an advanced stage.
