The latest two new licensing agreements signed by Everlast Worldwide Inc means that the manufacturer, marketer and licensor of sporting goods and apparel has entered into 15 similar arrangements over the past year.

New to the line-up are Hong Kong-based Muse Marketing Limited, a manufacturer of athletic shoes which will now serve as the Everlast licensee for casual athletic footwear and socks as well as sport bags, duffels and backpacks in Hong Kong and Macao.

And Accademia Srl of Florence, Italy has been signed for the production and distribution of a line of back-to-school stationary products throughout Italy, Slovenia, Malta, Croatia, the Vatican, and San Marino.

George Q Horowitz, chairman and CEO of Everlast Worldwide Inc, remarked: "Since October 24, 2000 when the acquisition of Everlast was finalised, we have signed 15 new licensing agreements. Licensing will continue to be one of the cornerstones of our corporate growth programme."
