Having taken over the Senozece textile factory in Slovenia and opened a subsidiary company ATY in Bulgaria in 2000, Slovenian chemical fibres manufacturer Julon is now believed to be planning to set up a subsidiary in Russia by the end of this year. The company has said that it intends to invest DEM22.3 million ($10.16 million) in 2001, the majority of which will go on expanding its production capacities in Slovenia and abroad.
