Italian sportswear company, Fila, is going back to its roots and re-launching itself as an all-Italian tennis brand.

The famous name, which has seen sales plummet, has opened the first of its new meagstores in Milan.

The company says it is refocusing the brand, going back to the 1970s when it was a famous tennis brand.

Fila has seen sales plummet from $700 million at its peak in 1997 into the red last year. It says the re-launch will take a lot of time and money.
