LUXEMBOURG: Fila inks licensing deal with MAG Brands

Fila Luxembourg has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with US-based manufacturer MAG Brands to manufacture, design and distribute children's active wear and swimwear in the US.
The collection will be available in department stores and speciality sports stores in the US.
"The Fila brand will be a tremendous addition to MAG's stable of licensed brands. It's an exciting active label which is recognized worldwide and worn by some of the world's most famous athletes," said MAG Brands CEO Raymond Dayan.
"Fila partnered with MAG Brands due to their expertise and extensive contacts in the boy's and girl's market, in order to expand and increase the brand's kids business in the US," a spokesperson for Fila told just-style today (26 March).
MAG Brands also holds licenses for character brands such as Disney Princess, Cars and Hasbro's Transformers, as well as Skechers, Hot Kiss and Jantzen.
