T-shirt and underwear maker HanesBrands has made a number of changes to its executive line-up, including the promotion of Gerald Evans Jr and William Nictakis as co-chief operating officers with joint responsibility for running all of the company's businesses, and Richard Moss as chief financial officer.

Evans and Nictakis will oversee the company's global supply chain and information technology functions. Reporting to them will be the presidents of the company's innerwear, outerwear, and direct-to-consumer businesses, as well as the leaders of the company's international businesses.

Evans was most recently president of the company's international businesses and its global supply chain, while Nictakis was president of domestic businesses.

The finance organisation that supports the co-chief operating officers and the company's day-to-day operations will be led by Dale Boyles. Formerly HanesBrands' controller and chief accounting officer who served as interim CFO since May 2011, he has now been appointed to the new position of operating chief financial officer.

Boyles will in turn report to Moss, who has served as the company's treasurer since January 2006. As CFO, Moss will now oversee the company's global finance, investor relations and corporate development functions, and report to Hanes chairman and CEO Richard Noll.

HanesBrands makes and sells T-shirts, bras, panties, men's underwear, children's underwear, socks, hosiery, casualwear and activewear. Its brands include Hanes, Champion, Playtex, Bali, JMS/Just My Size, Barely There, Wonderbra and Gear For Sports.
