UK: Heidi Klein to use Prologic CIMS system
By Richard Woodard | 24 January 2012
Retailer Heidi Klein, which sells holiday apparel ranging from bikinis and sunhats to flip-flops and kaftans, is using Prologic’s CIMS fashion business system to support the company’s recent rapid growth.
The system works across a number of channels, including retail, e-commerce, wholesale and pop-up stores, using Prologic’s SaaS deployment model.
The company decided to look for a new system because its old one was struggling to cope with its rapid growth from one retail outlet to a multi-channel, international business.
“Heidi Klein has experienced significant growth over the last few years and we have aspirations for this to continue,” said Chris Powell, Heidi Klein operations director. “We needed a system to support us today, but also to scale with us a long way into the future.”
