FRANCE: Hermès revives spat over LVMH stake

Luxury French fashion label Hermès International on Tuesday (4 September) confirmed it had filed a lawsuit against French rival Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) earlier this summer over "the circumstances through which LVMH acquired shares in Hermès in 2010."
