German jeans maker Mustang Bekleidungswerke GmbH & Co KG on Thursday reported flat first half sales and said it was unsure about the second half due to the recent floods which devastated towns and cities in its main markets. The company, whose stable of brands includes Bogner Jeans, Joop!Jeans, and Mustang, said sales grew 0.7 per cent in the first six months to $66.5 million despite falling in the key domestic market.
