US: Kellwood extends XOXO license, names e-commerce chief

Kellwood Co has reached an agreement with Global Brand Holdings LLC to extend Kellwood's license for XOXO sportswear and dresses through 2011 and appointed Tom Pastorello director of e-commerce.
