US: Kellwood to buy Royal Robbins from Phoenix for $40m

In its second acquisition in less than a week, Kellwood Co yesterday (18 June) said it had reached an agreement to acquire outdoor apparel supplier Royal Robbins from Phoenix Footwear Group for about US$40m.
