Children's wholesale apparel designer and marketer Wear Me Apparel LLC, which trades as Kids Headquarters, has bought Dream Apparel Group LLC for an undisclosed sum.

Dream Apparel designs and markets children's sleepwear under licensed brands including Disney, Nickelodeon, Fisher-Price and Hershey, as well as its own trademarks like Tickle Me, Tackle Me, Dream Apparel, PJ & Me and Dream Xtreme.

The company's founders, Karen and Paul Leopold, will continue with the business under Kids Headquarters' umbrella, working in partnership with Andrew Azoulay, who manages Kids Headquarters' existing sleepwear business.

Jason Rabin, president of Kids Headquarters, said the acquisition will help catapult Kids Headquarters to a position of leadership in the children's licensed sleepwear business.

This acquisition is Kids Headquarters' fourth acquisition in the past three years, following the purchases of Allison Manufacturing, Heyman Corp, and Happy Kids.
