CANADA: Levi's introduces Denizen jeans in Canada
Denim giant Levi Strauss & Co has introduced its lower-priced Denizen jeans line to Canada as part of ongoing expansion efforts.
Available exclusively at Target stores, prices for Denizen jeans range from CAD$21.99 (US$21.28) to CAD$34.99, offering various washes, fits and styles.
Levi's launched its Denizen jeans in the US in 2011 through its partnership with general merchandise retailer Target. Last year, Levi Strauss & Co decided to phase out the brand in Asia, two years after it was first introduced in the country.
The company in April saw its first-quarter net earnings more than double to US$107m after margin improvement offset a slight decline in sales.
