UK: Men's Wearhouse to use DeSL software

Software supplier DeSL has announced that US retailer Men’s Wearhouse has selected its PLM and supply chain management software.

It has been tasked to meet the needs of Men's Wearhouse's growing direct sourcing division, a statement said.

The retailer has opted to deploy all aspects of DeSL’s solutions, including line planning, story boards, Adobe illustrator integration, tech pack management, product management, critical path management, costing, samples management, vendor compliance and purchasing.

Will Silveira, executive vice president, manufacturing, Men's Wearhouse, said: "We started our selection process for PLM vendors eight months ago and reviewed the vast majority of available solutions. We decided to select DeSL because of their strong Internet architecture, global experience, breadth of available functionality, ease of use and short implementation timescales."
