UPDATE: US: Military apparel measure removed from defence bill

The defence authorisation bill likely to be approved by the US Senate later this week does not include a controversial amendment requiring military branded garments sold at base retail stores to be sourced from signatories to the largely-European Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh.
