ITALY: Moschillo and Rodolphe Menudier launch JV - report

Italy-based fashion business Moschillo has teamed up with French shoe company Rodolphe Menudier for a 50/50 joint-venture company that will manage and develop Rodolphe Menudier shoe and accessories brands, pambianconews reported.

The new company, which is called RM/SM SAS, is using shoe maker Calzaturificio Novarese to make its goods, while Moschillo is heading up distribution.

The first ranges will be launched in autumn/winter 2006/07.
