Menswear retailer and takeover target, Moss Bros, said on Thursday it intends to concentrate on formalwear after posting an increase in 2001 pre-tax losses to £4.9 million from £2.7m in 2000. The company, which owns the Cecil Gee label and hires out tuxedos, said it intends to focus on its upmarket brands as it bids to get back in the black.
