Struggling high-street giant Marks & Spencer is planning to launch a range of lingerie designed for women who have had breast cancer surgery, The Financial Times reported.

Marks & Spencer is battling to win back customers' favour by showing it is responsible about issues important to them.

Chief executive Stuart Rose told the paper that the company was looking into producing matching underwear for women who had undergone the surgery, and said that commercial benefits from such a line would be secondary to wanting to please its customers.
