VF Corporation-owned Nautica Apparel has signed a licensing agreement with Israel-based apparel maker Delta Galil for men's dress, casual and athletic socks in the US and Canada.

The first collection is scheduled to launch for spring 2014 and will be available at Nautica retail stores, specialty, and better department stores. Prices will be US$16- $20.

Delta Galil last week raised its full-year guidance on the back of continued top-line growth, despite seeing its second-quarter profit more than halve due to higher costs of expanding its business.

THE NAUTICA BRAND SIGNS LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH DELTA GALIL FOR NAUTICA HOSIERY BUSINESS

 

New York, NY – August 6, 2013, – Nautica Apparel, Inc., a subsidiary of VF Sportswear, Inc., a division of VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) today announced it has signed a new licensing agreement with Delta Galil Industries, Ltd, a global manufacturer and distributer of socks, underwear and intimates to become the licensee of men’s dress, casual and athletic socks for the Nautica brand for the US and Canada markets.

 

The first collection is scheduled to be launched for Spring 2014 and will be available at Nautica retail stores, specialty, and better department stores. Retail price points for packaged hosiery will be $16- $20.
