US: Neiman Marcus selects NPS for data warehousing

Retailer Neiman Marcus has selected the Netezza Performance Server (NPS) data warehouse appliance to provide business intelligence for customer marketing and merchandise analytics.

Netezza said that Neiman Marcus is now able to perform query processing significantly faster and has increased the number of queries it is able to handle each day.

Neiman has also migrated its merchandise analytics to Netezza.
