US: New Balance chooses Demandware e-commerce tool

US athletic shoe company New Balance has implemented the Demandware Commerce platform to help power its worldwide, multi-brand e-commerce strategy.

New Balance has launched several websites using the software, including the New Balance and Warrior brands in the US and UK as well as Cobb Hill, Aravon and Dunham in the US.

The footwear firm said it plans to introduce additional websites for other brands in international markets using Demandware. 

"As we continue to expand our business across multiple geographies, we needed to find a highly flexible and scalable, digital commerce solution that would support our growth and allow us to deliver a superior shopping experience to all of our consumers across all our brands," said Pamela Hart, director of e-commerce for New Balance.

New Balance Launches Multi-Brand, International Digital Commerce with Demandware
