US: New CFO for Hampshire Group

Apparel company and specialist sweater supplier Hampshire Group has appointed Jonathan W Norwood as the company's new CFO and vice president.

Norwood, who took up the post on 1 April, joins Hampshire from the Liberty Corporation, where he was controller.

Hampshire chairman and CEO Ludwig Kuttner said Norwood brought "a wealth of professional knowledge and experience" which would help grow the company.

Former CFO Charles W Clayton is set to continue with the company as executive vice president and treasurer.
