The world's number one sportswear company, Nike Inc, on Thursday posted an 18 per cent jump in fourth quarter net profit from 2002 and revealed annual sales had smashed through the $10 billion barrier for the first time. The Oregon-based company reported a net profit for the latest quarter of $246.2 million, or 92 cents per share, compared to $208.4m, or 77 cents per share, in the year-ago period.
