Retail solutions provider NSB Group has introduced a fully integrated and hosted retail solution offering for small- to mid-sized apparel, footwear, and specialty retailers.

Connected Retailer Managed Services is an all-in-one software, hardware, and maintenance package delivers the company's solutions directly to retail stores and head offices via high-speed networks.

The offering includes preconfigured, core applications from Connected Retailer Store, Merchandising, Sales Analytics, and CRM, as well as Microsoft's Great Plains for Financial Management, hosted on NSB's servers.

"Our new offering allows almost any enterprise to gain the competitive advantages of 'big-retailer' IT while dramatically lowering their capital costs, TCO, and risks," says Leo Rabinovitch, NSB's senior vice president for Managed Services.

The company adds that its Managed Services offering eliminates a retailer's need for in-house IT infrastructure, and designated staff and resources. NSB takes care of all systems and services, including database maintenance, data management, and security.
