Budget apparel retailer One Price Clothing Stores Inc on Wednesday said it will miss the deadline for the filing of its first quarter report with the Securities and Exchange Commission and expects to report a loss. The South Carolina-based chain said some of its officers need extra time to complete the report and added it expects to announce a net loss of $5.4 million for the quarter ended May 3, versus a profit of $400,000 in the year-ago period.
