Children's clothing producer Oshkosh B'Gosh Inc on Monday posted a sharp fall in second quarter net income and announced it had agreed multi-product licensing agreement with discount chain Target Stores. The Wisconsin-based company cited rising costs and the early Easter holiday for the plunge in net income to $1.3 million, or 10 cents a share, from $2.5m, or 20 cents a share, in the year-ago period.
