US: Oxford Industries sells women’s wear unit to Li & Fung

Oxford Industries Inc has completed the sale of its women's wear group to a division of Hong Kong-based Li & Fung Group for US$37.3m.

Under the deal announced on 2 May, The Millwork Trading Co Ltd, doing business as Li & Fung USA, has bought all of the women's wear unit's assets as well as its goods-in-transit.
