US: Panglobal Brands names Charles Lesser as CEO

Panglobal Brands Inc has promoted Charles Lesser as its new chief executive officer after former CEO Stephen Soller resigned to pursue other business interests.
Mr Lesser will also continue in his role as the company's chief financial officer, and Mr Soller will continue to remain on the company's board.
Before joining Panglobal Brands in October 2007, Lesser was the chief financial officer and a consultant to True Religion Apparel Inc and its wholly-owned subsidiary Guru Denim.
The company has also hired Kelly Fountain as the new president for its Scrapbook and Sosik product divisions.
Ms Fountain was previously vice president with responsibility for design and merchandising at Koral Industries, the $160m private apparel company.
Rounding out the management team is Gary Bub, head of operations. Gary has 20 years of apparel company experience, primarily in production and operations.
Los Angeles based Panglobal Brands is building a stable of apparel brands, which are sold through specialty retailers and its private label division.
