UK: Scottish Firm Gets Lift From Kilt's Japanese Success
Scotland's leading kilt makers, Kinloch Anderson, have opened 80 concession outlets in Japan as Scotland's national dress becomes the latest "must-have" fashion accessory in the land of the rising sun. The Edinburgh-based firm is set for a £4 million windfall from its Japanese outlets and has also set up eight stores in South Korea as it looks to cash in on the sudden surge in demand for the tartan garment in the Far East.
