US: Sears teams with Outdoor Life to launch apparel line

US retailer Sears Holdings has teamed up with hunting and fishing magazine Outdoor Life to launch a line of branded sportswear for men this autumn.
The collection, which will be available in over 800 Sears stores in the US and online from September, includes cotton flannel shirts, thermal crews, Henley shirts, hooded fleece zip jackets and cotton canvas cargo pants.
The Sears Outdoor Life line is being designed with the all-American "guy's guy" in mind, the company said.
"The Outdoor Life apparel line will be the first store-exclusive brand for Sears, created particularly with the outdoorsman in mind," said Lana Krauter, senior vice president of Sears Holdings, and president of Sears Apparel.
"Through this collaboration, Sears and Outdoor Life will provide outdoorsmen with clothing that fits their lifestyle and their budget with convenient mall based shopping."
Outdoor Life is a magazine for sportsmen who aim to improve their hunting and fishing skills. It is published ten times a year by the Bonnier Corp.
