Leading Italian upmarket shoe maker Tod's said on Friday its consolidated turnover for 2001 rose 26.6 per cent to 318.5 million euros from 2000 and that profits would also climb. The Milan-based company, whose brands include Tod's, Hogan and Fay, said in a news release that 2001 sales in North America soared 47.5 per cent to 57.6m euros.
