CHINA: Shuochen Clothing inks Xiniya license deal

Chinese men's wear firm China Xiniya Fashion Limited has inked a six-year licensing deal with Guangzhou Shuochen Clothing Development to extend the Xiniya brand to leather shoes and bags.
