Specialty retailer The Orvis Company has signed licensing agreements for two new software modules to help integrate and optimise its different channels, providing detailed, reliable data that can be analysed and fed to downstream systems.

Orvis, which sells country lifestyle products via catalogue, retail, Internet and wholesale businesses wanted to enhance and integrate multiple retail technologies, and further leverage its multi-channel capabilities according to Ken Smith, Orvis' manager of retail technology.

The Connected Retailer Store and Sales Analytics solutions are from retail software provider NSB.
