USA: Stride Rite Names Neville President Of Keds

Footwear group The Stride Rite Corporation has named Shawn Neville as president of the Keds brand.

Neville, the former president of CEO of shoe retailer Footstar's athletic division, will join the company on July 7.

He will report to Stride Rite president and COO Rick Thornton in the role.

"We are excited about the opportunities for growth in the Keds brand under Shawn's leadership," Stride Rite CEO David Chamberlain said.

"A well respected industry veteran, Shawn has the leadership skills, vision and passion to take the Keds business to the next level."

Prior to joining Footstar, Neville held various sales, marketing and management positions with organisations including Reebok, Visa and Procter & Gamble.
